The brain-computer interface can be said to be a direct connection between the computer and the human brain. This

The basic idea of ​​getting this technology to work properly has caused a lot of trouble for researchers, because our brain is not a simple thing, it has millions of neurons and is always generating millions of signals.

The human brain works in the most complex way. To read the signal from the brain, you need to put something in your head that will capture the signals and send them to the computer. For this purpose  electrodes  (Electrodes) is used, the name of which devices  ilektroenasephyalographa  (Electroencephalograph); And it needs to be applied to the scalp. The electrodes can read the electrical signals in the brain, but the problem is that there are many weak signals coming from the brain and most of the signals are stuck in the skull.

First the type of signal that is generated in the brain for a task is read and then the exact reverse signal is generated from the BCI program in the computer and planted in the neurons of the brain. Suppose your eyes are seeing some subject, in which a kind of signal is reaching the brain.

Application .


As I said before, there is no end to the possibilities with BCI. Many things in your imagination can be turned into busy. However, after reading many articles on this subject, I saw that this technology is being improved mainly to help the disabled, although there is a lot that can be done outside of this. Even then, there could be no greater purpose than this. It is possible to restore the sight of the blind by using the camera. Moreover, this technology will bring blessings to those who have lost limbs since birth or due to various accidents. They can be fitted with robotic limbs, which will receive signals from the brain, but those that will be fitted with robotic limbs will require practice to function properly.

How far are we from BCI?
